1. Our Quality Promise Every Elly Decor piece is handcrafted. Because these are handmade, small differences in color or texture are natural and show that the item is original.
2. Damaged Items (Unboxing Video is Must) We pack our statues very carefully. But if your item arrives broken:

Tell us within 48 hours: Send us a message on WhatsApp or Email.

Important: Please make a video while opening the box for the first time. This helps us verify the damage and send you a replacement quickly.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind: Since these are premium decor items, we do not take returns if you simply change your mind after opening.

Wrong Item: If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, we will pick it up and send the correct one for Free.
4. How will I get my refund? Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be sent to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5 to 7 days.
